Something not working? Tell us what you saw.
There is no public status feed yet. If a page won't load, a check didn't run or a reply looks wrong, email us. A person reads it and writes back.
Check the simple things first
A new review shows up after the next check: once a week on Free, every day on Pro and Teams. Your dashboard shows when the last check ran and when the next one is due.
Your reviews are safe
ReviewHand only reads your listing, the way any customer can. It never logs in to Google as you and never posts anything. If something breaks on our side, nothing changes on Google.
