How to use the review response generator
Type your business name, choose the stars the customer gave, paste their words, and press Write the reply. The reply appears in a few seconds; copy it, paste it under the review on Google, and post it from your Business Profile.
- Type your business name as customers know it.
- Choose the stars and paste the review. A star rating with no words works too.
- Pick how it should sound: warm, professional, or short and direct.
- Read the reply, change anything that is not how you talk, then copy it to Google.
What it writes, and what it will not
It thanks the customer for what they actually mentioned and answers a complaint without arguing. It does not invent details the review does not contain: no staff names, no dishes, no offers or refunds, no promises you did not make.
It never posts anything. You read the reply and put it on Google yourself.
When to write the reply yourself
Some reviews need a person from the first word: anything about health or a legal matter, where even confirming that someone was your client can break their privacy, a threat, or a review you plan to report to Google. Our guide to responding to negative Google reviews walks through those cases with examples.
Questions people ask
Is the review response generator really free?
Yes. You get three replies a day without an account. ReviewHand's free plan adds 20 replies a month for the reviews on your own Google listing, with no card.
Does it post the reply to Google for me?
No. You copy the reply and post it yourself from your Business Profile. Nothing goes public without you.
Can I use it for reviews on other sites?
The reply is plain text, so you can paste it anywhere. ReviewHand itself works with Google reviews only.
Will the replies sound like me?
This free tool uses the tone you pick. Inside ReviewHand you give it five of your own replies first, and every reply after that follows your length, warmth and sign-off.
