Terms of Service

By creating an account you agree to these terms. The service is operated from Poland by the individual behind ReviewHand, reachable at hello@reviewhand.com.

You must be at least 18 and authorised to act for the business whose reviews you connect. Do not connect a Google Business Profile you do not own or manage.

ReviewHand imports the public Google reviews for the locations you connect, generates draft replies using AI, and gives you a place to edit, approve and track them. It also produces QR codes and message templates you can use to ask your own customers for reviews.

ReviewHand does not currently publish replies to Google on your behalf. You copy the approved reply and post it yourself; the product opens the correct review and records that you marked it posted. We are pursuing official Google Business Profile API access, and if it is granted, automatic publishing will become available. Until then, treat any impression otherwise as incorrect and tell us so we can fix the wording.

We do not guarantee that connecting ReviewHand will improve your rating, your search ranking or your revenue. Replying to reviews is good practice; it is not a ranking product and we do not sell it as one.

We do not write, buy, incentivise or fabricate reviews, and you may not use the service to do so.

You agree not to:

• offer any incentive in exchange for a review, or in exchange for a review expressing a particular sentiment — this is prohibited by US Federal Trade Commission rules and carries substantial civil penalties;
• ask only satisfied customers for reviews while steering unhappy ones elsewhere. Google's content policy prohibits selectively soliciting positive reviews and the consequence falls on your profile, up to suspension;
• connect a profile you do not control, or publish replies you have not read;
• use the service to harass a reviewer, or to publish content that is defamatory, discriminatory or unlawful;
• resell the service, or attempt to extract our data, models or prompts by automated means.

We may suspend an account that breaches this section, and will explain why.

Paid plans bill monthly in advance through Stripe. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax that may apply to you.

You can cancel at any time from inside the dashboard. No phone call, no email, no notice period. Cancelling stops the next charge and leaves your access running to the end of the period you already paid for.

If the service does not do what this page says it does, email us within 30 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full. Beyond that window, payments already made are non-refundable, though we will always look at a specific problem on its facts.

If a payment fails we will retry and notify you. Access may be limited while an account is past due.

You own your business data and the replies you publish. You grant us only the licence needed to operate the service for you: storing your data, sending review text to our AI provider to generate a draft, and displaying it back to you.

Every reply is published under your business name, by you, after you have read it. AI-generated text can be wrong, can misread tone, and can make commitments you did not intend. Approving a draft is your editorial decision and you are responsible for its content. We deliberately do not auto-publish for this reason.

Take particular care in regulated contexts. If your business is in healthcare, confirming that someone was your patient — even warmly, even to apologise — may itself breach confidentiality rules. Do not use generated drafts in those settings without your own compliance review.

We aim to keep the service running but do not offer a service level agreement. Review importing depends on third parties and on Google continuing to publish the data; interruptions are possible and are not grounds for a refund outside section 5. We will tell you when a location stops syncing rather than letting it fail quietly.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost business or reputational harm.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death, personal injury or fraud. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you we will email you at least 30 days beforehand, and continuing to use the service after it takes effect means you accept it.

These terms are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
